Tennis Tipster News: Zvonareva safely through to semi-finals of Australian Open

Vera Zvonareva moved closer to a third straight Grand Slam final with a comprehensive win against Petra Kvitova. The Russian won 70% of her first serves on her way to a 6-2 6-4 victory. Kvitova made more winners than Zvonareva but 28 unforced errors to Zvonareva's 12 is never going to win you a match against the Russian number 2 seed. Vera is looking better and better in this tournament and now will play either Kim Clijsters of Agnieska Radwanska in the semis.
