Tennis Tipster Tip: Robin Soderling v Alexandr Dolgopolov

What a great match up. Soderling has been in tremendous form during 2011 and is on a nice winning streak. The Swede has moved up to number 4 in the world and knows how to play well at Grand Slams having reached the French Open final in the last two years. He is the heavy favourite here. Don't discount Dologopolov though. He was one of the most improved players on the tour in 2010 and had already disposed of former finalist Jo-Wilfred Tsonga in the last round. He is a big underdog and I feel there could be good value in taking him as the winner of this match. Both players have a strong serve which will dominate the match and who ever serves a higher percentage of first serves could come out the winner. There is no value un taking Soderling to win the match, so you should go for a handicap score instead to create value in the bed. Soderling to win in straight sets, three sets to one etc etc. However I think Dolgopolov could just pull off a suprise win here. The Ukranian is playing really well and if he can hold his serve he could get the odd chance if Soderling plays a bad game. I would go low stakes on a Dolgopolov victory or at least a 4 or 5 set win for Soderling.

Match Prediction:

Dolgopolov to win (Outsider bet - low stakes only)
