News: Naomi Broady keeps up the good form.

Qualified for $25k event in Stockholm and has won her first round match easily against an Italian.

Broady should soon be back in the top 250 and hopefully push on from there.

The 20 year old has beaten the likes of Yakimova, Cetkovska and Foretz in the last few weeks, all former top 100 players, 2 top 50.

I would really love her to keep this consistency up and try and get into qualies for the French Open and definately Wimbledon wildcard if she can stay top 250.

Shes hasn't really got masses of points to defend before Wimbledon so I think she could well maintain a top 250 rank before then. Her game is well suited the grass and last year she went out of Birmingham, Eastbourne and Wimbledon without winning even a qualifying match. This year she could get some big points if she gets the good draws against lesser grass court players.

Naomi is really building some good experience up and I hope she keeps fit and can crack the top 200 soon. Lets hope the British girls can get 7 or 8 ranked inside the top 250 by Wimbledon and force the LTA to give them wildcards rather than to foreigners
