Of course she can. Keothvong has a solid hardcourt game and should be able to dispatch the Belarussian with ease. Expect a few scary moments for the Brit but a straight sets win should be achievable against a player who is yet to break into the worlds top 100 and never reached the 1st round of a Grand Slam event yet in her career.
