Mattek-Sands fights back to steam roll Peng

Bethanie Mattek-Sands put a poor first set behind her to thrash Shuai Peng in the next two to record a 4-6 6-1 6-1 victory and move into the final in Hobart. Peng could not cope with the powerful American and Peng is well known for suffering meltdown if a few points go against her. Mattek-Sands will play the winner of the second semi between Australia's Jarmila Groth and the Czech player Klara Zakopolova
