This could be very a very close match up. Andy Roddick for so long has carried the flag for team USA and he plays well on the hardocourts. He has had some good work outs so far especially Robin Haase in the last round. He can easily win this match against his Swiss opponent if he is on his best form, but I don't think he is! Wawrinka on the other hand is on a winning streak, having won the title in Chennai a few weeks ago. He had a great win over Gael Monfils in the last round, though the French man didn't play well. I feel Wawrinka backhand will be his weapon whilst Roddicks quick serve could get him out of trouble.
