Yanina Wickmeyer ousted by Latvian Sevastova

Anastasia Sevastova showed in the early part of 2010 that she could be quite a player in the future. An injury prevented her from moving more rapidly up the rankings, but now fully fit again she is through to the 3rd round in Melbourne at the expense of Belgian seed Yanina Wickmeyer.
