News: Kvitova thrashes Mattek-Sands to move into final.

Petra Kvitova gave herself a welcome quick win and moved into the final. After two marathon matches Kvitova could have been very tired today, yet the Czech star thumped Betthanie Mattek-Sands winning the last 9 games in a row to win 6-2 6-0. It will not be long before Kvitova becomes a top 10 player. She has hardly any points to defend until Wimbledon in the summer and by that point she could well be ranked as a top seed for the tournament.
