News: Milos Raonic reaches first ATP final in San Jose as Monfils witdraws

Milos Raonic won his quarter final match against Richard Berankis to move into what he though would be the semi-final of the San Jose Open. However hours later, eventhough Gael Monfils won his quarter final match, the Frenchman pulled out of the tournament with a wrist injury he has had since the start of the year. Raonic therefore gets a walkover into the final and will await the winner of todays semi-final between the resurgent Juan Martin Del Potro and Spaniard all rounder Fernando Verdasco.
