Tennis News: Dimitrov defeats Mahut to lift Cherbourg title

Gregor Dimitrov defeated Nicolas Mahut 6-2 7-6 to lift the challenger title in Cherbourg today. The Bulgarian fought back from a break down in the second set to power to victory and move closer to the worlds top 50 rankings. Dimitrov with the likes of Milos Raonic and Richard Berankis are a group of up and coming youngsters starting to show real pedigree for success.
