Vera Zvonareva outlasts Dinara Safina in Miami
The battle of the Russians was won by Vera Zvonareva as she outplayed her friend Dinara Safina in Miami. Safina started strongly taking the first set 6-3 but then momentum reversed and Vera's accuracy and power was too good for Safina
