Although Elena Baltacha's ranking has plummeted since last year, the Brit is still ranked high enough to gain direct entry into the French Open draw. Anne Keothavong is currently 3 places outside the direct entries and will have to try her hand at qualifying unless 3 players withdraw in the comings weeks, which is a distinct possibility.
Heather Watson, Katie O'Brien and Laura Robson look set to make it into the qualifying draw too, unless any get a wildcard, but I doubt it.
Fingers crossed Elena and Anne will also qualify direct into Wimbledon draw and then the likes of Watson, Robson, South, Broady, O'Brien can recieve wild cards into the main draw.
