17 year old Laura Robson destroyed the hopes of American Kimberly Couts in the $50,000 event in Indian Harbour Beach, USA. The Brit won 6-0 6-3 to move into round two and a match up with Aleksandrina Naydenova of Bulgaria, a lucky loser from qualifying.
