Australian Open Womens 2nd round - Kvitova v Kirilenko
Kirilenko +5.5 games @ 2.10 v Kvitova - Interesting match up here in the womens 3rd round. Kvitova struggled with Suarez-Navarro in the last round and Kirilenko was less than impressive against Wozniak. i think this match could be closer than the bookies think. Kirilenko has a H2H 2-1 against Petra and although the last match in the Fed Cup last year ended up a 6-2 6-2 victory for the Czech, Kirilenko should be able to cope better in Melbourne. She will have less pressure on her shoulders and will not be afraid of Kvitova having defeated her opponent at Wimbledon 2009 6-4 6-4 and also thrashing Petra 6-1 6-0 in Canada 2009. She knows that although Petra has stepped up many levels since 2009, she is capable of competing. Kirilenko has also reached the QF of this tournament a few seasons ago defeating Sharapova and was the doubles runner up last year. She likes Melbourne. This match is either going to a thumping win for Kvitova or a close untidy match. I think there is value in the +5.5 games handicap
