K Flipkens @ 2.20 to beat J Cepelova - Should be an even contest. Flipkens hasn't been in great form, but has lots of experience and is eager to get her ranking back up so she will not have to play these small ITF events soon. The Belgian can play on all surfaces and will be very tough for Cepelova. Slovakian Cepelova is on the way up in her fledgling career, she will break into the top 200 next week for the first time, but i think Flipkens will use her tactics to win this match as the outsider
