Tuesday Tennis Predictions: Doha, Brisbane, Shenzhen, Noumea, Happy Valley, Auckland, Chennai

J Tsonga 1/3 to defeat A Kuznetsov  - The French player has matches under his belt from last week and should be too strong for the Russian in Doha who lost some form in 2016.

C Norrie 11/8 to defeat D Hee Lee - Could be a tight match between two rising stars. Cameron stepped up to ATP Challenger level in US events with ease in 2016 and now starting to travel. Duck Hee Lee has also had Asian success at ATP Challenger level. Both motivated but I think the better price is with the Brit

S Groth 6/5 to defeat P Herbert - The Aussie needs wins to boost his ranking and will be motivated by his WC here in Brisbane. He has the 1-0 H2H record against Herbert. Both players rely heavily on their first serves so it could be a close and probably a tie-break or two.

Y Bhambri 4/9 to defeat R Ramanathan - Yuki is coming back from injury and should win this all Indian battle easily. Ramkumar was disappointing in 2016 and failed to live up to expectation... he is a good player but doesn't seem to be pushing on

M Barthel 8/15 to defeat M Lucic - The German has qualified and is hugely motivated in Auckland. Lucic-Baroni continues to earn money on the tour and can often cause a set of surprise etc but I think Mona will want this match more!

C McHale 1/1 to defeat A Cornet  - Difficult match to call beween two players who haven't achieved as much as they should have done from pedigree. The American will have more power I feel today in Brisbane and should take the match.
