Iveta Benesova defeated Anastasia Pavyluchenkova but i don't know how. The Russian lost her serve early in the match and Benesova won the first set in an even match. In the second set Pavyluchenkova thrashed Benesova 6-1 and looked to be coasting. She had 3 break point opportunities in the third and was serving well but Benesova clawed her way to safety. A poor last game from the Russian teenager gave the win to Benesova. Don't expect the Czech girl to go any further though. Very dissapointing result from one of the great stars of the future.
