Australian Open 4th round : Clijsters v Li Na

Li Na @ 2.30 to beat K Clijsters - A repeat of the 2011 Aussie Open final comes a bit sooner this year! 2 of the Grand Slam winners in 2011 face each other in the last 16... unheard off! Belgian Clijsters is the heavy favourite having defeated Li Na last year and has looked good in the early rounds, though she has virtually been untested. The 2011 champion has been struggling with injuries in the last 12 months and could still be said she lacks match practice against some of the tougher womens players. She will certainly get a test against Chinese star Li Na. Na reached the final in Sydney a few weeks ago losing only to Azarenka and beat Clijsters in Sydney last year. Having had a poor year since her French Open success, Li Na seems to regained the consistency that is needed to contend for these major honours. When she hits form, she can be very dangerous. She will have learned a lot from last years final and now she has a Grand Slam title under her belt, will be less nervous this time around. Its a big match for both girls as they both have a lot of points to defend. Clijsters would almost certainly crash out of the WTA top 20 if she loses, Na Li will also drop if the same happens to her. Clijsters H2H leads 5-2, but with a few injury concerns, a resurgent Li Na we could see a cracking match. Both girls hit hard and have all the shots needed to win. Again i like punting for the underdog, so i would go low stakes on a Chinese victory.
